A little about little ol' me

A thoughtful, low-nonsense leader who thrives on connecting the dots, getting and staying organized, and asking the tough questions: Are we solving the right problem? Are we setting ourselves up for real success? 

I'm not the type who glorifies chaos. I am the type who pokes fun at it.

I prefer focused priorities, strong collaboration, and moving the needle — not just spinning wheels. What drives me most? Helping people help themselves. Whether that means improving processes, facilitating workshops, managing cross-functional projects, or just building a kickass deck — I’m here for it.

When I’m not leading meetings or wrangling stakeholders, I’m being a mom and wife, riding my Rebel 500, leveling up with AI, visiting my local library, and still waiting for my Hogwarts acceptance letter.
